Discovery Call
Schedule a free 30-minute Discovery Call to learn more about us, address any questions you may have, and determine if we're the right fit for your quality assurance needs! Our discovery phase is dedicated to understanding your requirements, challenges, and objectives, enabling us to customize our solutions to fit seamlessly.

Product Analysis Intro
We'll grab some time for you to walk us through a short demo of your product, discuss areas you’d like us to focus on during the product analysis and schedule a time to review the product analysis. Typical turnaround time for a product analysis is roughly 5 business days.

Product Analysis
Through product review and exploratory testing, we examine core areas of your product, identifying bugs and UI/UX issues. Our Product Analysis culminates into a detailed report, spelling out each bug or issue with details on how to isolate and replicate them. Additionally, if desired, the Product Analysis will also provide suggestions on how to enhance the user's experience and flow of the platform overall. Our analysis will provide you with helpful, objective insights to level up your software.

Product Analysis Review
We'll review the product analysis together to share our findings, walking you through how we did the exploratory testing, any key issues we saw, UI/UX inconsistencies etc. This will give you a chance to see how we work and to flag any questions you have!

Needs Assessment Call
At this point, we'll have a good idea of what your team is looking for and how we can fit the mold. During this call, we’ll present a proposal tailored to your team and talk through different customized options. Afterword, we'll put the proposal in writing and send over the draft for your review.

Proposal Review, if needed
Have additional questions? We can schedule a proposal review call, ensuring that all terms and conditions are thoroughly understood and mutually agreed upon before proceeding with the contract signing.

As we prepare to kickoff this partnership, we'll provide you with a prep list to help you get ready for our partnership call.
